Middle & High School Athletes — Small Group & Science-Based Sprint Training in Spring Texas
Meet the Coach
I competed at the Division I level at Abilene Christian University, earning a full scholarship while completing my degree in Finance. I now compete professionally and ranked within the top 1000 in the world in 2025.
My coaching combines technical sprint instruction, proper positioning, and an understanding of energy systems to help middle and high school athletes develop speed the right way.
"I improved my 200m time by 0.8 seconds. The coach breaks down technique, positioning, and the science behind sprinting in a way that actually makes sense. It's honestly cool being rank that high."
Caleb Smith 200m time has improved from 23.3 to 22.5 and improve his national ranking by over 18,000 places. He is going to PV to for Biology
"Every workout has a purpose. The way he breaks down the science and reasoning makes it easy to understand and apply "
Taylor Houston has been training for 4 months we have already seen improvements and look forward to her season starting,
We teach athletes how to sprint properly focusing on positioning, posture, arm action, and mechanics before adding intensity.
Training is structured around proven principles of acceleration, top speed mechanics, and energy system development not random workouts
Each phase of training builds on the last, helping athletes improve consistently while reducing injury risk.
